TOOLS Fluo-Blue is a magnetic bead with a blue fluorescent dye. The magnetic bead consists of single-crystal Fe3O4 magnetic sphere core and being coated with dextran dispersed in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution. The beads with blue fluorescent dye spectrally similar to the traditional blue fluorescent dye, AMCA. The Beads can be introduced into cells by microinjection, it can be used for microscopy, flow cytometry, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). This product is highly hydrophilic, biocompatible, and easy to use for cellular imaging research.
